Role — On-Set Supervisor

On Ahsoka – Season 2, I worked as an On-Set Supervisor, supporting daily shoot operations . My role focused on designing shot methodology with production supervisor Richard Bluff, maintaining continuity, coordinating departments, and ensuring efficient execution of the director’s creative vision across complex shooting days.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing shot / scene methodologies with Key HODs
  • Supervised on-set workflow and supported the Director and 1st AD team
  • Managing the On Set Team - to aquire data from camera, set for post vendors.
  • Coordinated communication between camera, lighting, art, VFX and Stunts
  • Managed scene previs / tech vis communsition, setups, and advsing camera and lighting on key scene breakdowns 
  • Maintained continuity across multi-day shoots and multiple unit work
  • Assisted with real-time problem solving under tight production schedules
  • Supported cast and crew to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Communicating the key VFX needs to the crew.
  • Communiating with VFX managment on daily updates, processes and issues.
